About The Position
Responsible for assisting the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager with directing, developing, managing and motivating colleagues involved in back office operations and ensuring the operational integrity of assigned function and adherence to Bank policies and procedures. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and providing exemplary customer service.
