About The Position
The Multi-Specialty Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinics, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. This role involves managing staffing levels, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with human resources. The manager will also monitor operational reports, assist with business planning, inventory control, materials management and manage the physical and technology infrastructure of the clinics.
