The position involves managing daily production, including scheduling and distribution of work orders, ensuring all work orders are completed each week. The role requires inventory management of window cleaning equipment and ensuring its functionality. The candidate will manage commercial account work, coordinate with customer contacts, handle payments, deposits, and processing. Additionally, the position includes managing cleaners, conducting performance reviews, discipline, and recognition, as well as recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners. Weekly safety training for window cleaners is also part of the responsibilities, along with strategically developing a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales efforts and follow-up phone calls. The candidate will be expected to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals and clean windows as needed.
