About The Position

The operations manager at our luxury hotel supports the hotel's smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, working closely with department heads and senior management to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role serves as a key liaison between departments and assists in managing staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hospitality, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Effective communication with all levels of team members and guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Microsoft Excel, and other applicable computer systems.
  • High school or equivalent education required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related area is a plus.
  • Minimum of three years of hospitality experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Front Office, Concierge, and Reservations operations.
  • Assist guest services agents and guests in the lobby.

  • Build a robust team culture through training and coaching.
  • Maintain open communication with each department and respond positively to feedback.
  • Assist different departments as directed by the leadership team.
