The Operations Manager will oversee the management and operation of properties and personnel in alignment with Client directives and established standards and procedures. Collaborate with the Client Facility Manager to deliver exceptional services in property operation and maintenance, encompassing customer/client relations, facility upkeep, project coordination, procurement processes, and vendor management. This role is instrumental in ensuring optimal property performance and client satisfaction through efficient resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
