The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the directing and coordinating activities of terminal employees to provide cost effective, timely, quality service to customers. Investigate customer complaints and resolve problems. Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel. Enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations. Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes. Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
