About The Position

As an Operations Manager at Aqua Wash, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all staff are trained and developed to provide excellent customer service. You will manage hiring, training, and development of staff while also generating sales leads through company-sponsored events. Your role will involve motivating the sales staff, monitoring their production, and holding regular production meetings. You will establish and maintain standard company protocols for sales tours and price presentations, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle challenging customer issues with professionalism and tact.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
• Understanding of basic cash procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
• Excellent training skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Current CPR Certification
• Must be bilingual
• Open availability, able to work evenings and every weekend
• Must be able to work outdoors as needed
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
