About The Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of one or more facilities, focusing on the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste and recyclables. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in operations, client relations, and employee management, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to build high-performance teams. The manager will work closely with the Division/District Manager to meet objectives, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
