About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Completed a four-year degree and/or have relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Demonstrated past leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and lead team members.
• Desire to grow business and personal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and improve personal skillset and assist others.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in conflict management.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (ServSafe).
• Previous restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the restaurant, including the Dining Room, Drive-Thru, carry-out business, and kitchen operations.
• Provide top-notch customer service and demonstrate care to guests.
• Create and execute training plans for new team members.
• Resolve guest issues and concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Chick-Fil-A North Haven standards in all areas of operation.
• Deliver the highest quality food and services to guests.
• Promote a safe and productive work atmosphere.
• Master knowledge and skills of team member positions throughout the kitchen.
