About The Position

We are looking for a driven Operations Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and takes pride in running a tight operation. The right person will anticipate challenges, lead with confidence, and make smart, real-time decisions that protect both customer satisfaction and profitability. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily rental operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure. You will lead a team, manage fleet readiness, monitor performance, and make informed decisions that directly impact revenue and service levels. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with real-time monitoring tools and operational systems
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales team
