The Operations Manager is a key role within CommunityAid store leadership that supports the District or Store Manager in partnership with front and back of store Assistant Managers. The person in this role has the opportunity to focus on data analysis and interpretation to inform real-time adjustments to store operations to ensure on-target results, all done in alignment with our Mission, Culture, and a positive donor and customer experience.
