What you’ll do at North American Composites as an Operations Manager: Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across various departments. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.  What you can expect to do in this role as an Operations Manager: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success. Lead, mentor, and develop teams across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company objectives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage budgets, forecast operational expenses, and optimize resource allocation. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to maintain strong relationships and supply chain efficiency. Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner. What we are looking for as an Operations Manager: Associate’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards including Hazmat experience  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
