Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in skilled trades, military, or a similar industry
- Exceptional business and operational acumen
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, ready to engage and motivate your team
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to meet and exceed company goals
- A visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- A valid driver’s license (because we’re on the move!)

- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee all trade activities and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, making sure we deliver on our promises to customers.
- Steer operational performance and ensure compliance, keeping everything on track and focused on excellence.
- From hiring to training, you’ll lead the way in developing a high-performing team. You'll help them grow, succeed, and stay motivated to be the best!
- Ensure that everyone follows company policies, procedures, and strives for continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a can-do attitude, ensuring their experience is always top-notch.
- Establish and maintain a safe, effective, and well-organized work environment for all team members.
- Ensure smooth dispatch operations, keeping everything on schedule and ensuring no customer is left waiting.
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and accurately.
- Keep our fleet in tip-top shape, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and ready to go whenever needed.
