About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing Cardiac Diagnostic Testing site. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about operational excellence, patient care, and team development.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing operations in a medical or diagnostic practice, preferably cardiology
Strong knowledge of HR processes, healthcare financials, and back-office functions
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the diagnostic site, ensuring efficiency and quality across all services
Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and front-desk operations to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols
Lead HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and employee relations
Foster a supportive, professional work environment with a focus on growth and accountability
Monitor and manage budgets, payroll, billing, and financial reporting
Partner with leadership to develop strategies that optimize resources and support sustainable growth
Ensure accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and record-keeping
Coordinate with insurance companies and billing teams to streamline authorizations and claims
Oversee systems for inventory management, vendor relations, and facility needs
