Requirements
- Background in field operations and managing multiple crews/sites in the project -based industries (construction, home services, tree services, grading/drainage, landscaping, or fence installation)
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, crew assignments, equipment, and material logistics.
- Partner with the owner to design and implement scalable SOPs.
- Provide direction and performance management for all field crews.
- Serve as the primary client contact during active jobs; manage change orders and job costing to ensure profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve field issues proactively.
