Position Overview The Operations Manager serves as a key regional leader with full responsibility for operational performance, financial oversight, customer satisfaction, and team management within the Detroit market. Based onsite at our Madison Heights facility, this role requires regular travel to customer locations to support project launches, ensure quality and compliance, and partner closely with Account Management, Recruiting, and Scheduling teams. You will lead the successful execution of quality sorting, inspection, and containment projects while ensuring teams are trained, processes are followed, and customers remain confident in Stratosphere Quality’s services. Full-Time | Onsite | $75,000–$80,000 Annually Monthly Auto Allowance + Company Credit Card
