Job Title: Operations Manager Department: Early Learning and Family Services Starting Wage: $37.37- $37.37/hr, $77,737.31/yr Position Type: Full Time, Salaried Exempt Direct Supervisor: ELFS Director Work Environment: In person, office setting and occasional Early Learning classroom Job Summary This position has oversight of day-to-day operations in the ELFS Department including the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) of children, program quality assurance, and supervision of the Operations Team. This position is highly computer focused maintaining databases, building budgets, data entry and analysis, and monthly reporting. Must have proven ability to organize, prioritize, work independently, and develop projects with other team members.
