Job Summary The Operations Manager acts as the primary strategic liaison and escalation point for Learning Care (LC) exterior and janitorial service lines. Responsible for overseeing the execution of national landscape, winter snow preparation and removal, and janitorial service contracts across all locations. Operating within a highly matrixed structure, this role partners heavily with our sister company, EMCOR USM, to drive performance, manage complex escalations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position requires a highly skilled communicator capable of evoking change without direct reporting authority, negotiating critical resolutions, and presenting forward-thinking business solutions to both internal stakeholders and client executive leadership
