About The Position

This individual will provide assistance in the oversight of business activities and program administration, serving as one of the key liaisons with our customers.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
• ServSafe Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
• Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
• Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
• Oversees facility operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
