As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and on-time export operations, while building and developing a high-performing operational team that supports ATI’s long-term, scalable growth. You will act as an Integrator across operational functions, ensuring alignment between suppliers, QA, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role requires strong operational judgment, leadership capability, and the ability to drive performance through both people and process. In your first 12–24 months, success will include: Consistent achievement of On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) and service performance targets Improved Perfect Order Rate (>98.5%) Strong adherence to operational budgets and cost controls Reduced operational inefficiencies through process improvements A well-trained, engaged, and stable operational workforce Clear, reliable operational reporting and KPI visibility Reduced customer claims and improved service quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, or export operations
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to anticipate bottlenecks and design scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, even with incomplete information
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and align multiple stakeholders
  • High level of accountability, organization, and execution focus

Responsibilities

  • Improve coordination across Suppliers, QA, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Ensure timely identification, communication, and escalation of operational deviations
  • Enhance planning accuracy through improved forecasting and capacity alignment
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements, SOPs, and internal policies
  • Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Proactively identify operational risks and mitigate before impact to customers or cost
  • Own and manage operational KPIs across service, cost, and compliance
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting to the Leadership Team
  • Use data to drive accountability, identify trends, and inform decision-making
  • Lead, coach, and develop line supervisors and operational staff
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Support workforce planning, training, and development to enable scale
  • Develop internal talent pipelines and succession planning
  • Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution
  • Partner closely with Logistics, Sales, and Finance to ensure operational feasibility
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution within operations
