We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and execution. This role enhances and elevates the employee and customer experience through best-in-class operational optimization and implementation for the store.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, solve issues, and propose improvements.
  • Optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage and develop teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency and professional growth.
  • Manage cash management processes and controls, ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with P&D, payroll, AP, facilities and other departments on joint initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
