In this role, you will lead all aspects of the onsite 2nd shift operation in North Berwick (Parts Center, Modular Assembly, and Aftermarket Operations). You will provide direction and guidance to the 2nd shift team who are responsible for executing the production plans on 2nd shift. What You Will Do: The Operations Manager - 2nd Shift is responsible for driving extraordinary performance in all success areas: Environmental, Health & Safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cultivating employee engagement. The Operations Manager - 2nd Shift will continue to build and develop a team that is responsive and flexible, empowering employees from cell leaders to operators. Understanding and meeting customer expectations is a strength you'll need in this role. The Operations Manager - 2nd Shift will be responsible for manufacturing standard work on your shift, managing critical part plans to completion, and critical resource allocation to ensure that business metrics are met. Excellent organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills are important.
