Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in business is preferred

  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
  • Results Orientation: Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.
  • Staff and Career Development: Knowledge of available internal and external learning resources and ability to address learning, training, and career development needs of individuals, teams or organization.

  • Contract tracking and support
  • Leadership growth support
  • AP/tracking
  • New Business Support
  • Technical onboarding for local advisors
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Book of Business Transitions Support
  • Vendor relations
  • Assist DMs, OM, with onboarding escalations
  • Partner with Complex Operations
