This role provides leadership, accountability, and support to security personnel across assigned locations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of security management or related supervisory experience
  • 3+ years verified security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State Security License
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and administrative systems
  • Flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations
  • Positive attitude and initiative
  • Ability to stand or sit for at least 1 hour
  • Ability to walk ½ mile and climb 20 stairs without stopping
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications: CPP, PSP, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior Military Preferred
  • Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent, timely service delivery
  • Manage guard management software and reporting tools
  • Enforce company and regulatory safety policies
  • Work posts as needed and remain on-call
  • Address performance issues and provide coaching
  • Communicate and uphold operating standards
  • Support improvement initiatives and change management
  • Provide clear leadership, direction, and accountability
  • Serve as liaison between clients, Site Managers, Supervisors, and leadership
  • Maintain clear communication across daily operations
  • Prepare incident, performance, and client satisfaction reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain documentation for audits and inspections
  • Track employee licensing and certifications
  • Report new hires and terminations to the State of Alabama
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Manage staffing and 24/7 scheduling
  • Coordinate emergency and incident responses
  • Review and verify billing and invoice accuracy
