About The Position

Responsibilities will include booking appointments, managing schedules, processing contracts, operational work and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a busy office. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to work. An ideal team member will be able to work well independently but also be flexible enough to be directed at times.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed with the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong Familiarity with Technology
  • QuickBooks Experience Enterprise and Online
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • valid driver's license
