The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, dedicated to helping individuals on their path to better health by driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership, initiative, and leading by example. Key responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, encompassing overall store management, supervision, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, development, financial management, and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not offer a direct path to Store Manager; candidates aspiring to become a Store Manager should apply for Store Manager in Training openings.
