As a Field Logistics District Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring our products reach healthcare professionals and patients efficiently and reliably. What will you be doing? Lead a team of logistics professionals across multiple locations Oversee inventory management and distribution operations Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Drive customer satisfaction through reliable logistics execution What will you need to be successful? This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3+ years of management experience preferred Inventory Management experience preferred Experience in a medical industry is preferred Warehouse experience preferred Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare logistics Other Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, from 6am to 3pm, hybrid (1 day from home, 4 from site).   • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare logistics

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
