This role involves supervising Department Managers and their teams to deliver best-in-class service, coaching and developing direct reports, and driving Associate engagement. The Operations Manager is responsible for upholding operating standards, ensuring Guest and team safety and satisfaction, and holding leaders accountable for managing venue operations and departmental budgets. They will forecast and control sales and expenses, delegate tasks, and ensure their completion. The role also requires demonstrating Topgolf’s Core Values, interacting with Guests to monitor their experience quality, leveraging business metrics to maximize profit and revenue, and cultivating relationships with community leaders and organizations.
