Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned departments, including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct staff leadership and development, patient care, and patient advocacy. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.
