Requirements

Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
CDL Class A or B (Required)
DOT Medical Card (Required)
Driver History Report (MVR – Required)

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, acting as a force multiplier for our driver team.
Provide direct leadership and mentorship to 5-9 drivers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and maintain a flawless safety record.
Leverage your planning and logistics expertise to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service resolution, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
Focus on efficiency and route optimization to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
Maintain a CDL-B license and be ready to deploy on routes when additional support is needed.
