Role Overview The client is seeking a growth-focused Operations Manager with senior leadership experience in high-performance Sales or Marketing environments. This is a hands-on, data-driven strategic operator role, focused on aligning remote teams, unlocking executional leverage, and removing friction between product, GTM, and customer success functions to accelerate growth. You’ll own the operational backbone of the business, keeping teams accountable, data-informed, and relentlessly focused on results.
