About The Position

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations within our manufacturing and warehouse facilities across the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. The successful candidate will lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. By managing resources effectively and implementing cost control measures, the Operations Manager will contribute directly to the company’s profitability and long-term success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational demands with employee engagement and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and improving employee performance.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in cost control and operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Certification in Operations Management or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Background in large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements specific to the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of manufacturing and warehouse departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and develop teams by setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and conducting regular evaluations.
  • Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe working environment.
  • Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or safety.
