You want a chance to make your mark by leading a team that delivers real value every day. About the Role: This role leads technician teams in the Raleigh market. You'll own execution of services, technician development, and administrative compliance. You’ll be responsible for building a high-accountability, high-performance culture and ensuring jobs are done safely, efficiently, and to spec. You will work closely with branch leadership, our internal support teams, and your direct reports to deliver consistent, high-quality results. This is not a desk job—you’ll lead in person at our warehouse, in your office, and in the field, every day.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of field or crew leadership in services, construction, or logistics
  • Ability to coach and hold others accountable with professionalism
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools daily
  • Able to walk job sites, carry equipment, and be physically active on the job

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of field services like pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, or related services
  • Admin experience: timecards, incident reporting, training tracking
  • Experience managing entry-level and experienced field staff

Responsibilities

  • Crew Leadership & Team Performance Lead daily check-ins and maintain personal visibility with crews
  • Know your team members’ goals, strengths, and improvement areas
  • Coach technician performance and enforce accountability
  • Administer feedback, recognition, and discipline as needed
  • Promote a culture of ownership, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Service Execution & Quality Oversight Ensure work is completed to scope, on time, and safely
  • Use systems and reports to monitor crew performance
  • Support new service launches or high-visibility jobs
  • Communicate proactively with Sales and Account Managers
  • Administrative Compliance Approve timecards and track training, certifications, and incidents
  • Enforce company policies and documentation standards
  • Investigate safety issues or policy violations promptly
  • Handle injury reports and ensure proper follow-through
