We're in search for a motivated Operations Manager. This individual will need to be able to communicate effectively, be a fast learner, and have great customer service.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of management experience
- At least 2 years of dental experience
- Must be able to communicate face to face, through email, and phone
- Must be team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
- Must have a patient first philosophy.
- Two Saturdays a month
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve established goals.
- Submitting all provider collections to the Payroll Administrator at the end of each pay period.
- Produces and understands financial reports such as production/collection reporting, aging and other reports produced by dental management software at the clinics.
- Leads and trains team members with encouragement, respect, and understanding. Leads by example.
