About The Position

The Operations Manager oversees daily production operations at the precast facility, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members, and maintaining a safe, supportive work environment. The Operations Manager will lead and coordinate activities across quality control (QC), dispatch, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations aligned with company goals.
