How A Network Operations Manager makes an impact : Collaborates directly with AF client on planning and procedures Leads a high-octane team of highly skilled engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship as necessary Drives client-directed efforts to implement planned changes and procedures Performs root cause analysis to determine the source of roadblocks; identifies paths forward to adapt and overcome any challenges Troubleshoot complex, expert-level network issues and provide knowledge support to other engineers as necessary Participates in network software upgrades, as well as certificate renewals and installs Updates technical documentation; maintains and implements SOPs for network security Works after-hours and weekends during maintenance windows on-site as needed
