About The Position

Valley View's Calaway-Young Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Operations Manager. This critical position provides input into the operations of the Cancer Center, front line staffing, staff development and training. The Operations Manager also assists with data analysis and strategic planning for the Cancer Center.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Ability to work under variable conditions, well-organized, dependable and flexible
Must be a team player
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Mosaiq, Tableau

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Prior hospitality experience preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Provides input into the operations of the Cancer Center

Assists with data analysis for the Cancer Center
Assists with strategic planning for the Cancer Center
