The Operations Manager will supervise daily branch operations while planning, scheduling, and directing branch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction, increase revenue and drive productivity. This role provides operational leadership for areas including Inventory Management, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Customer Service, Order Management, and Training/Development. The manager monitors and drives operational efficiencies, supports sales and marketing activities, and communicates regularly with the Branch Manager and corporate office teams. They also participate in process improvements, policy refinement, and expense monitoring, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
