TMH Physician Partners Primary cAre in Panama City, FL. is looking for a Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will function as the Office Manager of a primary care practice and will be responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. Responsibilities include: planning, financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, etc. Includes meeting budget, demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. I mplement the staffing pattern for colleagues. R esponsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions, departmental issues, employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Three (3) years of healthcare business management/supervision experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
