Under the supervision of the Project Manager and/or Task Order Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operational execution of all Red Hill Water Treatment Program functions at the assigned location, supervises and provides leadership to assigned personnel, and has responsibility for problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of contract functions across the site. The Operations Manager must demonstrate exemplary management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal and human resources management, and process improvement. On behalf of the Project Manager, the Operations Manager will also interface directly with the Customer for mission accomplishment and problem resolution.
