Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (operations, logistics, or service-based industry preferred)
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to coach and drive team performance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Junk Removal Specialists
- Drive daily revenue, sales performance, and profitability
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and results
- Ensure exceptional customer service on every job
- Oversee scheduling, routing, and operational logistics
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance across all operations
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
