POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for leading market operations, driving performance, and strengthening customer relationships. This role oversees order fulfillment, operational efficiency, and KPI performance while identifying opportunities for market growth and service improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (logistics, supply chain, or business preferred).
  • 5+ years of operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience managing KPIs and optimizing operational performance.
  • Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Customer relationship management expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with independent contractors, vendors, and agents to ensure delivery capacity and performance.
  • Monitor compliance with company standards and service expectations.
  • Analyze demand trends and adjust resources to maintain efficiency.
  • Coach partners to improve performance and service quality.
  • Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory, order processing, and shipment accuracy.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Use data analytics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize delays.
  • Serve as primary contact for operational escalations and issue resolution.
  • Ensure clear communication across customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proactively communicate updates and resolve service challenges.
  • Track and improve KPIs including delivery capacity, on-time performance, tracking visibility, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and operational rollout for new customers.
  • Ensure KPI performance and timely resolution of logistics issues.
