American Furniture Rental (AFR) is looking a for an experienced Operations Manager in our warehouse in Hialeah, FL Must worked prior in a Warehouse and have experience in Special Events and Trade Shows. Resumes must be well written, completed, up to date, and well formatted. Willing to submit to a detailed background check and drug screen (12 panels) This is a Full-time job with excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, life Insurance), plus pay vacation, PTO, 401K and more. Basic Function: As Operation Manager, you will have full responsibility for all Branch Operations, reporting directly to the Regional VP. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This position is for a hands-on, take-charge individual who can satisfy the administrative & physical aspects of the role while directing teams in the warehouse and on Job sites.
