The Operations Department works in our West Chicago branch located in central DuPage County, approximately 40 miles outside of Chicago. We also have branches in La Grange and Western Springs. Our Operations team is a close-knit group that works collaboratively to best serve our customers. We take pride in being engaging, energetic, and customer-focused while supporting each other! Assist the VP Operations, COO, VP Controller, and/or CFO with the overall day-to-day supervision, administration, and support of bank operations areas. Activities include but are not limited to: Deposit, Loan, and Customer Information System (CIS). Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
