About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and engaged Operations Manager to join our local team! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in operations and team management. As an Operations Manager, you will act as the key liaison between commercial customers, Account Representatives, and local crews. You will oversee both short- and long-term projects while ensuring top-tier craftsmen service, adhering to all safety protocols while embodying our organization’s core values.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience in a technical services industry
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
• Ability to align teams with company culture and drive operational efficiency
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to travel locally and corporately as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service
• Ensure all jobs are completed to meet established quality standards
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and employees
• Partner with local Sales team and customers to coordinate the scheduling of projects and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prompt response time
• Provide leadership, training, and enforce all safety and OSHA related protocols
• Accountable for following all contract requirements and service agreements
• Flexibility to work primarily weekdays, with occasional nights or weekends

Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000 with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
