The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health. This role is crucial in driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, and supporting the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership and leading by example. Key responsibilities include overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation; sales and inventory management; employee staffing, training, and development; financial management; and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and Operations Managers are not eligible for direct promotion to Store Manager.
