The Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution and financial performance of operations. The Operations Manager oversees the entire process, from order entry and construction project management to installation and field labor management. A key part of the role is driving operational efficiencies, controlling project scope, and managing the schedule and costs to ensure financial goals are met, including expense management and tracking. Beyond internal control, the BAS Operations Manager is tasked with generating business advantage and growing profits by executing strategic account management and collaborating with Owners, General Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical contractors to enhance the reputation and visibility of ALC’s controls products and service offerings, ultimately ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
