The Role Riedel Communications Americas is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee all regional operational activities — including Order Management, Logistics, Purchasing, and general office operations. Reporting directly to the President, Americas, this individual will lead a team of six (three in Order Management and three in Logistics) responsible for accurate order processing, inventory coordination, financial and operational controls, and both domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver with solid knowledge of operational finance, supply chain fundamentals, and international trade — someone who can navigate complexity, support strategic planning, and continuously improve processes while maintaining smooth, compliant day-to-day operations.
