Benefits begin the month following the hire date. Salary: The annual salary for this position ranges from $125,000 - $150,000 + 10% Bonus Target and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset. Summary: The Operations Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the organization's efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of its objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
