This position supports the General Manager role in the overall management and direction of the hotel, including Rooms and Administrative Operations, with a heavy focus on Food & Beverage. The Operations Manager is responsible for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring superior standards of quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. The role also involves assisting and supporting all other hotel areas and enhancing the overall guest experience. The Operations Manager will act as Manager on Duty when on property, assisting in responding to guests, associates, and emergency situations as needed. A key responsibility is the training and direction of hotel associates, particularly within Food & Beverage operations.
